1. Information we collect

CLIPWRK may collect account information such as your name, username, email address, role, profile details, job listings, applications, messages, deliverables, and marketplace activity.

2. Connected social accounts

If you choose to connect a social account, CLIPWRK uses the platform's official authorization flow. Depending on the permissions you approve, we may receive information such as your platform user ID, username, display name, avatar, verification status, follower or subscriber counts, and other approved profile statistics.

For TikTok, CLIPWRK may request approved Login Kit scopes such as basic profile information, profile details, and account statistics. We do not use the TikTok connection to post content unless a separate posting feature is explicitly added and separately authorized.

3. Authentication and security data

CLIPWRK uses Supabase for account authentication and backend storage. Security-related information such as session identifiers, authorization states, and server-side OAuth tokens may be processed to keep accounts connected and prevent unauthorized access.

4. Payments

Payment and payout features are handled through Stripe. CLIPWRK may store Stripe identifiers, transaction status, subscription status, payout-account status, amounts, fees, and related marketplace records. CLIPWRK does not need to store raw payment-card numbers in its own database.

5. How we use information

• Provide accounts, profiles, jobs, applications, workspaces, messages, and payments.
• Verify connected social accounts and display approved audience statistics.
• Apply account limits, Pro benefits, listing boosts, fraud prevention, and marketplace safeguards.
• Operate, secure, debug, and improve CLIPWRK.
• Comply with legal obligations and third-party platform requirements.

6. Sharing of information

We share information with service providers only as needed to operate CLIPWRK, such as hosting, database, authentication, payment, and connected social-platform providers. Public profile information and marketplace activity may be visible to other CLIPWRK users where the product is designed to display it.

We do not sell personal information to advertisers.

7. Data retention

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to operate the service, maintain transaction and security records, resolve disputes, meet legal obligations, and enforce our agreements. Retention periods can vary by data type and third-party provider requirements.

8. Your choices

You can choose whether to connect supported social accounts. Where supported, you may disconnect a social account through CLIPWRK or the connected platform's account settings. You may also request account or data changes through the support method made available in CLIPWRK.

9. Children and teens

CLIPWRK is not intended to let children enter paid agreements or receive payouts contrary to applicable law or payment-provider rules. Additional consent or restrictions may apply to users under 18.

10. Security

CLIPWRK uses technical and organizational safeguards intended to protect account, payment-status, and connected-account information. No online service can guarantee absolute security.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as CLIPWRK and its integrations change. The effective date above will be updated when changes are published.
